The word FOR is an interesting word. What does it mean in your mind?
Here are some ideas...In favor of. Not against. Supportive. Pro. To help someone win.

For far too long the church has been know for what we're against. We should be known for what we are FOR. We've asked this question around MCC before, "If our church went out of business, would the community even notice?" What do we want to be known FOR?

Here is our answer...We are FOR our city. We are FOR our schools. We are FOR our businesses. We are FOR foster care. We are FOR adults, students and children. We are FOR people. The reason we are FOR people is because God is FOR them.

When our church is FOR the community, nation and world and when we are FOR people and deeply desire to introduce others to the love of our Heavenly Father, we become a catalyst in a very beautiful way.

So, will you help us? Will you help us show our community, nation and world that we are FOR them because God is FOR them?

This year Students in 6th-12th grade at Maryland Community Church are eager to show people that are FOR them. They are eager to be the hands and feet of Jesus by living out his words in Luke 19:10, "For the Son of Man came to seek and save the lost."

This April, MCC Students will host the 4th Annual Student Missions Fundraiser - Auction & Dinner. This event will be on April 22, 2018 at MCC's Highway 46 Campus to support our Student Missions program. The funds raised make a lasting impact on so many lives, including the students who participate in missions.

The Silent Auction will begin on Sunday morning during both services at 9AM & 11AM, and will conclude during the Student Missions Dinner that evening at 6pm and include a LIVE Auction. We would love for you, your C-Group, your business and/or your family to get involved. Here are some ways you can be FOR others as you support Student Missions:

1. Donate a basket, an item, gift card, etc. to the Silent Auction (by April 15).
2. Participate in the Auction & Dinner at 6pm on April 22nd.
3. Become a sponsor for the event through various sponsor levels.

God has blessed our church with extraordinary potential! There are more people to reach. The best news of all is that God is FOR them as well. Be a part of it. See what LOVE can do!
