Childcare Workers Needed!
Did you know childcare is an important ministry? ✝
Many parents would be unable to attend Small Groups without childcare. Each season more and more adults join groups, and more children are registered. Other events throughout the year also require childcare, so we are now accepting applications year-round for these childcare positions.
As Needed | Childcare Worker
We’re looking for a Childcare Worker who brings gentleness, joy, and dependability to our ministry events at MCC. The right fit will love engaging with little ones, be calm under pressure, and have a heart for helping young children feel safe and cared for. This role is all about being hands-on, whether that’s reading a story, playing with a child, or helping with snack time. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment for both kids and parents. If you’re patient, playful, and passionate about early childhood care, we’d love to meet you. Applications will be accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
OPEN FAMILY REFUGE POSITIONS
At Family Refuge we support families in our community who are at risk of spiritual, emotional, and physical poverty. Family Refuge offers a place for safe childcare, community resources, parent training, and Biblical education all in the context of relationships. The result is healthier families, vibrant spirituality, and a stronger community.
Part Time and Full Time Lead Teacher
We want a Lead Teacher who will ensure a secure classroom environment, nurturing each child, and fostering their development. Central to the role will be daily interactions aimed at building strong relationships with both children and their families. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the classroom, they will play a crucial role in advancing Family Refuge's mission of guiding the families we serve toward spiritual growth.
