"We praise God for a powerful day calling women to Stand Firm. Together, we choose to stand and impact our world for the Kingdom of God, by the power of the Holy Spirit!"
Maryland Community Church is hosting the STAND Conference 2017 by Touching Hearts Ministries on Saturday, September 9th from 9am - 4pm at the Highway 46 campus.
We're asking everyone to sign up for two Sundays this summer and serve in one of our Kids and/or Students environments at Maryland Community Church to give our regular team members a little rest.

Summer is over and school is in session. However, the fun isn't over!
On September 6th, we will kick off the school year in style with our 4th annual Fall Bonfire at the Highway 46 Campus! On that night - both campuses will join together for a night of absolute fun, tons of food, flag football, door prizes for bringing friends and so much more!
The best way to find your next step is to attend Discover MCC. This one hour event will start you on the path to making MCC home. Our time together will look at 3 ways to get plugged in: how to join a C-Group, membership information and opportunities to serve in one of our many Ministry Teams.
The next Discover MCC is Sunday, August 27th after the 11 am service at both campuses. Click HERE to get registered.
Visit the Cause Corner on Sunday, August 27th to sign up or for more information on becoming a Kids Hope mentor at Davis Park Elementary School. You can be part of the mission field in your own back yard with one child, one hour, one church and one school each week.
To learn more or to sign up to help with Kids Hope, stop by the Cause Corner at the Hwy 46 Campus, or see Connect Central at our 12 Pts campus.

Parents - Our student ministry (6th-12th grade) is designed to come alongside of you to aid in the process of moving your students one step closer to Christ.
One of the ways we are seeking to do this is by having a time with you and your student’s small group leaders. We are calling this event Merge!
Family Dedication gives parents the opportunity to profess their desire to guide their kids (of any age) in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and partner with the church in doing so. We are your witnesses, but we are also your partner because developing an authentic faith takes more than your family. It takes a church.
We were not meant to live this life alone. But how can this work when a church like Maryland is so big?
At MCC we encourage everyone to be a part of a C-Group (the "C" stands for Community). Essentially, this is simply a smaller group of people (usually 8-12 people) who meet on a regular basis for bible study and prayer. It is in this environment that people can develop the deeper relationships necessary for your growth as a Christian.
At its core we believe the membership at a local church should mean something. Here we view it as a responsibility, not a reward. By becoming a member you are essentially saying, "I not only agree with what this congregation stands for, but I want to play an active role in living it out with the people of this church."
We off a membership class seasonally as a next step toward membership at Maryland. The next available class is Sunday, September 3rd at 12:30 pm at the Hwy 46 campus.
Has your child been asking questions about salvation or baptism? At MCC Kids we want to equip you to guide your child through this important time in their life. If you would like your child baptized, your first step is to join us for a class for parents & kids called "Start Here".
