PRAYER EVENTS:  Mark your calendar for the following: TEN DAYS OF 24/7 PRAYER-At the Telle Prayer Chapel from May 1st-10th. We need Watchmen to help oversee things on Thursday, May 8th. Please sign up at the Prayer Kiosk. GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER-Sunday, May 11th at 3:00 p.m. here @ MCC.

LET'S GO TO THE MOVIES!  You are invited to a special showing for Maryland Community Church folks of the movie "Chronicles of Narnia-Prince Caspian". TRACY'S HEART COOKBOOKS FOR SALE:  Have you been looking for a new recipe to try out? We are pre-ordering cookbooks for Tracy's Heart. There will be a table in the Atrium before and after both services on Sunday, May 11th (this is also the last day to order). Each cookbook is $15. A

BEREAN BROTHERS CAMPOUT:  The much anticipated details are finally here! the camp out will be Friday, May 30th-Saturday, May 31st at Prairie Creek (same location as last year). We will have a session devoted to journaling to encourage you to grow spiritually, tournaments for fun and a campfire for relaxation. The cost is $20 and registration will be available each Sunday in May at the display in the Atrium. All men are welcome to join us!

CELEBRATE RECOVERY:  meets at Mt Pleasant Church every Friday at 7 p.m. Celebration Recovery is a recovery group for all addictions. For more information please call 232-4808.

KIDS HOPE PRAYER WALK:  Everyone is invited to the PRAYER WALK at Davis Park (310 S 18th St in Terre Haute) on Saturday, May 17th at 9 a.m. This is a wonderful way to pray for students and staff to have a safe and relaxing summer! MOTHER'S DAY:  The children of The Wee Village (3's-K's) will be singing during the EPIC and Exchange services on Mother's Day, May 11th! This is a great time to invite family and friends!

CROSS WALK (MIDDLE SCHOOL)BIBLE STUDY:  Sunday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

CROSS WIRED (HIGH SCHOOL)BIBLE STUDY:  Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. You can expect to hang out with other high school teens and engage in God's word and prayer. Please join us!

*HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP:  Meets Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the STUDENT MINISTRIES ROOMS at MCC.

CLUB ROCK:  Sundays at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This is a place for 1st-5th graders where "Children are learning how to build their lives On the Rock,For the Rock, and Through the Rock." They learn each Sunday how to LOVE GOD and LOVE OTHERS. Check us out on the web at www.clubrockmcc.org .

THE WEE VILLAGE (Nursery): Infants through 2-years-old are welcomed by our Nursery Team into a safe and loving environment where they are shown the love of Jesus and their physical and emotional needs are met. *BIG BUDDY TIME:  Join your child in Chapel and Worship. Sing, Pray and learn how a little boy shared his lunch during EPIC and Exchange services. Sign in with your child at The Wee Village Lobby Desk and go directly to their classroom. (Pre-school) Our 3-year-old through Kindergarten experience a fun, safe, loving environment where they are led in worship through music, prayer, Biblical teaching and lots of related activities!

EXERCISE & FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES...

Come join us for Cardio-conditioning classes on Tuesday & Thursday mornings - 5:45 - 6:45 AM - with Ms. Janice Fields in the MCC Activity Center. Classes are $3 and will be challenging for the beginner as well as for the advanced, male or female. Please bring your own hand weights - if you have them, a mat or towel, and your water bottle. ARTREACH:  Adult Night (16 yrs of age & older) will be on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m.; no children please. Wednesday night is Kids Night - children of all ages welcome! Must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Amy Munn and Adam Pomfret will be the leaders for Kids Night. OPEN GYM BASKETBALL FELLOWSHIP:  meets every Monday from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. in the MCC Activity Center (with the exception of holidays). This evening is for guys or gals who are High School age or older. You must have a signed Liability Waiver in order to participate. Please contact Brad Siner at 877-3116 for more information.

COLLEGE BIBLE STUDY:  meets at the ArtReach location (683 Wabash Ave, Suite 208) WE'RE MOVING TO Thursdays from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Anyone in college or college age is invited. For more information, email Jack Fox at jfox@mccth.org for more information.

PRAYER OPPORTUNITIES...

MCC Prayer Chain- Our Prayer Chain is accessible by dialing 238-5617 day or night. Press 6, then follow directions to either and leave a prayer request or listen to a listing of the current prayer needs. You may also send a request to huggers4jesus@aol.com. To receive the Internet Prayer Chain, you must email Donna Dodson at the above email address and ask to be added.

RETIREES PRAYER FELLOWSHIP: meets on Mondays from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m. in the MCC Prayer Room.  The gathering is not limited to retiree's, but welcomes anyone who has daytime hours available to pray.  The goal is to have a core group who will be available to seek God.  They would welcome those who would like to be prayed for to stop in anytime.  Contact Fred Davis at golfnclip@aol.com or Glenn Denney at vdenny@ma.rr.com or 812-230-0318 for more information.

INTERCESSORY PRAYER: meets on Tuesdays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. in the MCC Prayer Room.

ENCOUNTER: Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in the Elementary Worship Center. Encounter is about experiencing transformation through worship-based prayer. It consists of a simple format of singing, spontaneous scripture reading and the exercise of spiritual gifts. There is a wide range of corporate prayer in order to experience the manifest glory of Christ in a community setting.

BEREAN BROTHERS PRAYER MEETING: for men meets each Wednesday from 6 - 7 p.m. in the Music Room at MCC.

Men's Prayer Meeting: Saturdays at 9:00 AM in the MCC Prayer Room.
