Nursery/Preschool

PRESCHOOL TEAM LEADER (1 or 2)
Assists Director of Nursery and Preschool, ensuring that all aspects of ministry to preschool children are happening. Serves as liaison between parents and shepherds.
Qualifications: Good leadership skills and effective communicator, ability to provide support, resources and supervision of preschool shepherds and preschool team.
Time Commitment:Weekly, at least one service per week and monthly leadership team meeting

PRESCHOOL SHEPHERD (10)
Lead class of preschool children in loving, caring environment instructing them in basic Biblical truths and Christian conduct through various activities.
Qualifications: Love God, children and desire to impact a child’s life for Christ. 18 yrs of age or older
Time Commitment: Weekly, one service / biweekly, one service

PRESCHOOL HELPER (12)
Assist preschool shepherd in classroom interacting with preschool children helping them with various activities.
Qualifications:Love God and desire to interact with preschool children helping them learn about Jesus. Middle school age or older
Time Commitment: one service weekly/biweekly/or monthly

WORSHIP ( 6 )
Lead preschool children in worship of God through music, creatively telling God’s truth in Bible lesson, prayer and memory verse.
Qualifications: Love God and desire to worship Him through song and story in large group setting. High school or older
Time Commitment: 30 min. prep. Time/ 20 min. per service rotational

PRESCHOOL CRAFT (2)
Creative person able to prepare and ensure crafts are appropriate and in classrooms for services.
Qualifications: Able to prepare age appropriate crafts in bulk coordinating them with lesson able to explain them to teachers and have them in place for service. High school age or older
Time Commitment: 11/2 hours approx., weekly

PRESCHOOL / NURSERY SNACK (2)
Planning appropriate snacks for preschool age children, purchasing and placing snacks in rooms prior to services.
Qualifications: Able to purchase and place bulk snack items in preschool snack room and nursery. Time to place snack in classrooms prior to services. 18 yrs of age or older
Time Commitment: Purchasing approx. 2 hrs. monthly / 30 min. pre service weekly per service.

NURSERY TEAM LEADER (1 or 2)

Qualification: Person of good character with good leadership skills, effective communicator able to provide support, resources and supervision to Nursery team.
Time Commitment: Weekly, at least one service a week and one monthly leadership team meeting

NURSERY ROOM SHEPHERD (5 per service)
Oversight of room ensuring nursery guidelines are followed and ministry happens in a safe, loving environment.
Qualifications: Love God and desire ministry to happen with small children. (18yrs. or older)
Time Commitment: Weekly/ biweekly/or monthly one service.

NURSERY HELPER (5 per service)
Assist nursery room leader in ministry to small children.
Qualifications: Love God and desire to see small children are taught about God in a safe, loving, nurturing environment. Qualified teen or older
Time Commitment: weekly/biweekly/monthly one service

Elementary

COACH (2)
Serves to connect and encourage small group of adult shepherds. Partners
with Elementary Team Leader to equip shepherds with necessary weekly supplies.
Qualifications: Must be able to communicate effectively and have a desire to encourage other adults in their ministry.
Time Commitment: Weekly, one service.

SHEPHERD (20)
Primary model for small group of children who encourages spiritual growth through relationships,
discussions and other small group activities.
Qualifications:Love God and desire to impact a child’s life for Christ. High school age or older.
Time Commitment: Weekly or biweekly, one service.

SAFETY (12)
Ensuring our children are in a safe environment. Connecting kids with their shepherds upon arrival & with their families at dismissal, monitoring Prime Time hallways during service, quick errands for shepherds.
Qualifications: Personable, High school age or older.
Time Commitment: Biweekly, one service

HOSPITALITY (24)
Greet and assist families in the process of checking children into Prime Time areas.
Qualifications: High School age or older.
Time Commitment: 1⁄2 hour, once a month

TECH CREW (8+)
Operate soundboard, power point, and camera.
Qualifications:Desire to enhance service through multimedia. Will train.
Middle school age and older.
Time Commitment: Biweekly, one service.

STORYTELLER (4+)
Communicates God’s truths through Bible stories in large group setting.
Qualifications: Engaging communicator who can capture child’s attention with creative storytelling. High school or older.
Time Commitment: Biweekly, one service.

ACTORS (unlimited)
Portray characters in contemporary skits that relate to Bible lesson.
Qualifications:Enjoy performing and able to understand and capture the imagination of a child. Middle school age and older.
Time Commitment: As needed. No more than biweekly, one service.

SINGERS (4+)
Sing/back-up worship leader in Prime Time Elementary Service.
Qualifications:Auditions. Middle school age and older.
Time Commitment: Rotation basis. No more than biweekly, one service.

SPECIAL PROJECTS TEAM (unlimited) Use your skills of painting, woodworking, sewing, or seasonal decorating to create staging or costumes, or to enhance appearance of gathering/worship areas.
Qualifications: Desire to use your talents for the Lord’s work.
Time Commitment: minimal, as needed

SPECIAL EVENTS TEAM (3)
Use your creative, organizational skills to plan seasonal or monthly special events
for the children and/or families. (i.e. Putt-Putt, skate nights, Bogey’s, game days,
Holiday World, etc.)
Qualifications: Age 18 or older, thorough organizer and good communicator who enjoys putting together fun experiences.
Time Commitment: varies depending on event

TRANSPORTATION TEAM (unlimited)
Provide transportation to special events.
Qualifications: Age 24 or older, valid Driver’s License
Time Commitment: minimal, as needed
