A little about Rob…

Started working at MCC: 2007

Favorite Scripture Verse: Acts 20:24

Favorite Movies: I would have to say that I like a lot of movies. I really enjoy all types of movies. My favorites would have to be: Never Back Down, Terminator Salvation, Karate kid, Inception, Avatar, Usual Suspects, the Game, & Better Off Dead.

Favorite Books: Ted Dekker books rank up there pretty high. I really liked his Circle Trilogy series. I would also say that the Shack and the Narnia books are up there as well.

Favorite Music: Relient K, Hawk Nelson, P.O.D., Casting Crowns, Kutless, Roper, Starfield, & Leeland

Most Embarrassing Moment: Too many to take into consideration. I would have to say being photographed while going to the bathroom at the Grand Canyon is the first that comes to mind.

My journey with Christ: I was raised in a Christian household and prayed to accept Christ as my Lord and Savior in 1985 at church. I was then baptized two years later on New Years Eve of 1987. I have been journeying with Christ all my life and He has revealed Himself through many various times. Two that stand out in my mind are through my church experiences while a youth growing up and through a summer I dedicated to Him specifically in 1999. He has definitely changed and molded me over the years.

Favorite Food: Huge Mexican fan

Dream Vacation: I would go to Australia so that we could enjoy the scenery and get to snorkel and scuba dive on the great barrier reef.

When I grow up I want to be: I believe that God is growing and grooming me to become a Bible College Professor challenging the youth pastors of tomorrow.

If I were a super hero my super power would be: the ability to Teleport

What are your hobbies/interests: I am an avid movie buff and collector. For the last few years, I have taken up disc golf. I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and especially extreme sports. I love spending time at home with my family and wrestling with my sons, well just Thomas for now. Melissa and I like to try out new restaurants and new recipes in cooking.
